1. Shipping coverage

We currently deliver within India only. Orders may be placed from anywhere in India to any serviceable pincodes.

A small number of remote pincodes may be temporarily non-serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order, and your full amount will be refunded.

2. Order processing & dispatch

Once your payment is confirmed, we process and hand over your order to our shipping partner within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

During peak sale periods or high-demand promotions, dispatch may take up to an additional 24 hours.

3. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination. Below are typical estimates once the order has been dispatched:

Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) 2–4 business days
Tier-2 cities 3–5 business days
Rest of India 5–7 business days
Remote / North-East / Island regions 7–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control such as weather disruptions, strikes, courier capacity issues, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order value. Promotional offers or minimum order thresholds for free shipping, when active, will be clearly communicated on the Website.

We currently support prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and COD. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on certain Pincodes.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing:

  • Your order number
  • Dispatch confirmation
  • Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number
  • Direct tracking link to follow your shipment in real time

You can also track your order by visiting our courier partner's website (DTDC) and entering your AWB number.

6. Delivery address & availability

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including a working mobile number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before marking a shipment as undeliverable and returning it to our warehouse. If re-shipment is requested after failed delivery attributable to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply, which will be communicated in advance before re-dispatch.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

7. Lost, damaged or delayed shipments

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. If the order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging and product.

Once verified with the courier partner, we may offer replacement, full refund, or store credit, as applicable. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
